Take part in an exciting adventure in wonderful, beautiful outdoor surroundings. With the help of a prisoner who has been held since 1975, you will try to escape from Långholmen. Half of Stockholm's inner city is water, and around Långholmen is one of the finest areas for kayak paddling. To glide peacefully along the inner city quay's and zigzag through the wharves and canals makes a contrast to a day spent at the conference table. From a kayak, you can experience the city's bustle, but even so be in peace and without any crowding at all.
Would you, as a convict, have succeeded escaping from Långholmen? With the help of our climbing instructor, you can safely try top-rope climbing on the highest part of the old prison wall. The challenge is both mental and physical.
Dragon Boat Paddling is a team sport, and a crew is as large as two football teams. Sense of rhythm, good cooperation and a good helmsman are just as important factors as raw strength.Try dragon boat paddling as a break from the conference or, if you are many people, challenge the other company departments to a competition around Långholmen. With an instructor in each boat, each crew is trained before the challenge with the other boats.
